The key elements of successful lobbying are credibility, access and an understanding of the legislative system. We spend our time during the legislative session in the hallways and rotunda of the Capitol, representing the needs of our clients and are available to legislators to answer any questions they might have about issues. Our understanding of Nebraska’s legislative system is based on many years of participation in the legislative system and those processes.
Lobbying Accountability and Disclosure Compliance Services
The rules of the game are frequently complex and sometimes change. We help clients stay abreast of the lobby compliance laws. We work with clients to provide compliance for their business which will include the details necessary for filings required by the Nebraska Accountability and Disclosure Act.
